From The Journal

Before we ever talk about treatments, products, or pricing, we spend time on something more important — understanding what you actually want, and what you don't.

The most important thing we do at Legacy isn't an injection or a treatment. It's the conversation we have before any of those things are on the table.

A first consultation at our clinic is unhurried by design. We don't book treatments back-to-back into the same hour, because rushing the part of the appointment where you tell us about yourself is the fastest way to end up with results that don't suit you.

Here's what actually happens.

We ask first, suggest second

Before we ever look at anything specific, we want to understand why you're here. Is there something specific that's been bothering you, or are you generally exploring? Have you had treatments before — if so, what worked and what didn't? What's your social calendar like in the next two weeks (we'd rather time treatment around a wedding, not into it)?

We talk about what we won't do

This is unusual for the industry, but we think it's the right place to start. There are looks and combinations we don't offer because they don't suit our philosophy of subtle, natural enhancement. Knowing what we say no to often helps you understand what we say yes to.

We assess in good light

We look at your face the way it actually exists — at rest, animated, smiling, and from several angles. The face is dynamic, and the best practitioners treat the dynamic face, not the still one.

We confirm the price before any agreement

No surprises. We tell you exactly what your treatment would cost, what the most common follow-up needs are, and what we'd suggest in your specific case. You leave with all the information, and zero pressure.

You don't have to book anything

Most first consultations don't end with a treatment. People often come back days or weeks later, after they've thought about it. That's the right way to do this.

A note from us The consultation is free. Always has been, always will be. If you've been thinking about coming in but feel hesitant, please know — coming in to talk doesn't commit you to anything at all.
